Learning Efficiency Acceleration ProgramTM (LEAP) is our transformative program targeting ADHD, Dyslexia, Working Memory challenges, Executive Functioning deficits and debilitating levels of anxiety, among several other challenges impacting over 7 million kids in the United States alone. Researched and developed over several years and thousands of student sessions, LEAP starts with diagnostics which identify the underlying drivers for any learning challenge and then allows for TARGETED expertise to efficiently and effectively transform a student’s learning profile and put them on a markedly upward academic trajectory. Standardized test are too important to not get your test prep right the first time, especially when you have a learning challenge or struggle with taking tests. Standardized tests don't just assess your knowledge of the material, they also test your test-taking ability. Trained in understanding how your learning differences translate to the learning environment, our proprietary process maximizes YOUR individual score by using our diagnostics to identify the areas of study which will raise your scores.

Our assessments provide our faculty and education team with the observations and data we need to design customized learning plans. These plans efficiently address your child's specific challenges while also leveraging specific areas of strength. Our team pulls from a wealth of sensory-motor, cognitive and executive functioning tools, while also creating new ones when existing strategies are not enough. We understand that building new habits and skills can be a challenging process and thus make a commitment to providing gentle guidance that pushes students to reflect on their work. To ensure that we’re doing all that we can, we constantly adjust and tweak our work to meet your child’s specific interests, needs, and context.
Supported by our global education team, our dedicated faculty members will work with your child to develop the processes and frameworks needed to achieve their objectives. Your child’s instructors are never alone in helping your child succeed - all of our faculty members meet on a weekly basis to discuss EVERY student’s learning plan and check in with our global education support team at least twice every month to ensure they are using the most effective tools we have available.
You should always know what we are doing with your child and why we are doing it. Axiom has the most robust reporting processes in the industry to ensure you are properly informed. We regularly contact all of our parents and provide extensive progress reports every semester, which provide a great deal of detail and recommendations for each of our students. When your questions are better answered in person, our team is pleased meet and explain the progress we are seeing and areas of continued focus moving forward. Lastly, Axiom is always happy to collaborate with your child’s school to provide them with our observations and hear about the work they are doing to provide more holistic support.
